By accessing or using Vibecure ("the Service"), operated at vibecure.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Vibecure provides AI-powered security scanning and fix prompt generation for web applications built with AI coding tools such as Lovable, Bolt.new, v0, Cursor, and Replit. The Service analyzes your connected GitHub repositories for potential security vulnerabilities and generates suggested fix prompts.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

Important:

Vibecure does not guarantee complete security. Fix prompts are suggestions, not guarantees. The Service is a visibility tool that helps identify potential issues, but it cannot detect all vulnerabilities. You are ultimately responsible for the security of your application.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must only connect repositories that you own or have authorization to scan.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and testing any fix prompts before applying them to your application.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Use the Service to scan repositories you do not have permission to access.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without prior written consent.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms of Service.
  • You engage in any prohibited activities listed above.
  • Your usage poses a security risk to the Service or other users.
  • Your account has been inactive for an extended period.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before suspension or termination, except in cases of severe violations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibecure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Geographic Availability

Vibecure is currently available for US users only.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
